RB4 Crypto PIN reject Audi A4 B6

Hi,

I have problem with A4 B6 immo - Need to program new key but cannot read correct PIN code.
I have read PIN with Carprog, Vag Dash. I read ECU and always get the same result - 07466. Reads should be valid as mileage matches.

Problem is that cluster always rejects the pin code. At the same time it works for ECU.

Immo is working, VIN perfect match in tacho and ECU.

Where is the problem and how to solve it? Which tool to use for correct PIN read?
