    Default willem and 29f200 problem

    Hi. I have problem with my willem after some months without using.
    Today tried read 29f200bb, it reads only 00 00...
    I'm using adapter, i checked connections with multimeter, soldering, everything looks fine.
    Tried with another 29f200, the same. Willem reads ok eeproms like 24c.. 95...
    Connection with computer ok, power supply 12V 2A.
    When i disconnect adapter, and try to read it's exactly the same.
    Broken programmer ?
