MED 9.1 ECU replaced on 2007 Passat. Old ECU no longer communicates via OBD2.

I've copied the 95160 EEPROM to the replacement ECU. VIN and coding were transferred OK, but not component security, so car does not start (dash says "safe").

MCU is MPC562MZP56 (image below)

Anyone have pinout?

Or any information on a cheap BDM programmer which will read/write this reliably?

Or any other method to get this vehicle running with the replacement MED 9.1 ECU? Any help appreciated.
