Toyota Prius NHW20 and Some Lexus have this system. vehicle have Immobilizer ecu and smart ecu.
when all key lost situation we can start vehicle After immobilizer reset. but smart key can not program.
Immobilizer system can reset via OBD via x100 , skp900 like that any key programmer. but you can not program smart system.
write this reset file to smart ecu and you can program smart system. used key or brand new key
