CAS3+ all keys lost problem

I have made a bench setup, for learning pourpose.
The thing is that I have 2x cas3+, 1 jbe ,1 Ike and keyreader .
I connected everithyng, and i have comms on all modules.
Here comes the problem. I am tring to make a key with carbon pcf7936.
For that i read isn from cas with fvdi . I read cas dump with Smok, and I loaded dump in VVDI2 ( keytool not Bmw ), made dealer key and writed back to cas.
Now I hear ignition slot locking key but on Ike I see that key is invalid.
Any other way to make a key ?
