Hi there. I am looking for some help please.
I have a 2009 Vauxhall Movano 2.5 (G9U 632)
When I accelerate the van and put it under load whilst driving 50/60mph a warning light appears on dashboard and it will go into limp mode... so cannot get above 3000rpm
I have changed the air filter + diesel filter and cleaned the air mass filter with contact spray and this has not helped.
I have been suggested to replace the EGR valve which will cost quite a lot of money but might not solve the problem... so wanted to ask in here first if anyone with experience of this van (or renault master) have any idea what the problem could be?
Thank you very much

Do all the repairs you can and afford. But the problem looks like not because of a faulty egr. But because of a fuel mixture issue. Could be false air, vacuum leaks or poor fuel dosage.
Can unplug the maf and see if it does the same issue. But i blame on injectors or fuel regulator.
