I wouldn't start replacing any modules just yet. It could be a simple wiring issue on one of the can lines. That dtc is a pretty generic can communications fault and not usually because of bad modules.

Is there a way to check power to ecu/ecm + and ground pinout ?
In “quick scan” new Ecu is not detected, just like old one.
but when trying to acces it thru individual menu in Autel scanner it can’t detect ecu.
Want to check if it's getting power.
perhaps IPDM is bad ?
Visually checked wiring , all seems ok, but want to check power and can lines, but can’t find diagrams anywhere
If there is interference on can network its very common the ecm wont get detected. Do you have trouble connecting to any other modules?
Easiest test to do for pcm is connect to it on bench. I'm not familiar with the Rouges but most every other Nissan is pretty simple to hook up. 1 or 2 +12 pins, 1 or 2 IGN ON pins, few grounds, can hi and can lo.
If you wanted to get fancy on the ecm , You can open the case while its connected to car and use a scope on the test points of pcb. Otherwise just using a multi-meter at harness is enough.
What is your part #?
Have you used a meter at the DLC to check can lines for resistance values or for shorts?
The most common units people blame on nissan's are the ECM and then the BCM. Easy way to test is to unhook BCM and see if you still have issue's connecting to ecm. if you do then I doubt its the bcm. If you have no more issue's connecting to ecm then change the bcm.
In my case its mostly caused by shorted can lines or corroded connectors.

no trouble connecting to other modules.
checked for corrosion etc, looks good.
I doubt there will be corrosion anywhere since car is only 3-4 years old, but what do I know Im a beginner in this..
didnt check anything with multi-meter because i dont have pinouts for CAN lines or power wires.
but will try your method powering up ecm on the bench. and trying to go into ecm with bcm disconnected.
just need o find exact pinouts for ecm, dont wanna fry the ecm..

If you cant find it you can just pay nissan-techinfo $20 for 24hr access and then download the service manual for it. It has the connector pinout inside.
