    There a 3 types of hu64.
Try this: cut the key, then take 2mm off the tip.

I assume that you can decode any key correct.
Firts cut to tip, 5.8mm, when you cut it.
Taking the 2mm of, 3.8 to tip. this will fix it.

Had to cut a KIA Optima 2011 KK8 blade but it's not in my x6v8 database, nothing in Hyundai or Kia matches it. It's close to 8.8mm wide on a blank blade, HY15 is 8.3mm and when cut using that profile it kinda worked but it's not the right profile. Anyone have the profile specs for this KK8 key so we can manually add it in? My Instacode doesn't list this key profile either.

    From Mike Hyde's Auto Smart Book, (2012 newest I had at hand) KK8, Spaces: .795, .713, .630, .547, .465, .382, .299, .217 (.083 cut to cut)
    5 Depths: 1=.328 2=.308 3=.289 4=.269 5=.249
    Macs: 3
Sorry they are in inches instead of mm.

It's weird because these kia KK8 blanks are 8.7mm wide on the uncut blade. Some of the cuts on the customers keys were 8.7mm or a little below but no where close to 8.3mm. HYN14 was close but not even the spacing was the same. Used key duplicator machine to finish copy and hopefully can figure this out before a an all key lost job calls.

Crap, broke a belt. Had replacements ordered before this happened but distributor canceled on me because the were out. Anyone know where to get 153mxl state side or does anyone have one I could buy? Trying to use a tube tire repair patch to make the one I have work hopefully till replacement gets here.

    Guys

I made a lot Hu66 keys without problems
Today need make key for Seat Leon 2007. Made 3 key but none of them turned the ignition on.
    I used HU66 H8 to copy.
At the begining of the key you can see the difference.

Mine did the same thing yesterday. Cut a test key and it worked great, then when trying to cut the flip key blade it offset lower just like yours. I didn't use the HU66 adapter but will try again with it today.
