This may be the wrong place to post, if so apologies. I'm looking to get a scanning / diag tool to use on friends / family cars. I've seen dedicated tools but wondered if there's an equivalent PC based app that I can use with a wired / wireless OBD connector. Ive got ISTA / eSYS running on a PC for my own BMW thats works using an eNet cable. Thanks

All you need to do is go to diagzone.com and enter your serial number and do it yourself

I have smartbox with SN 980540191000 and if possible i want to update it on latest version.I know the device is old, but I would like to update it to the latest version and use it while traveling by car. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to buy a open serial smartbox .
Of course, it doesn't have to be free, and you can write in PM

I tried several times at diagzone.com, I get the verification call and I put the last 4 digits but always says incorrect. Can anyone help?
