how do i retrieve the tv listing on my duo

For the second time in a wk i have lost the tv listings from my guide, the channel titles are there but the listing aren't. Can anyone tell me how to retrieve them. Last wk when this happened i ended up with to many bouquets and so had to remove them except those i needed, via dbedit.

Are you talking about the actual EPG information or the Channel information

tv times ,if you have vix,press blue button,cross epg downloader press ok and then it loads for me,bouquets are channel lists.

Channel list is there wats on ain't. Will try blue button. Everything I try with this bloody box rebounds on me. Frightened of it.

Most images have the CrossEPG plugin located for ease of use in the Plugin menu just press ok and it should download the EPG on how you set it up in the first place either with OpenTV or Rytec or a combination of both

also if you do a combination of both providers it will take alot longer to update than just using 1
