4L2910401B full ori file required compatible with autotuner

As the title, I’m looking for full readout for 4L2910401B that has been read with autotuner. Kess file fails at the end of the write. Unless someone knows how to modify kess file to work with autotuner successfully.

Sorry, I did not explain very well. I have a ori file which has been read by Kess by someone else. I attempted to write to ECU with genuine autotuner but the write fails at the end.
