I have a peugeot 206 1.1 engine hfx with ecu marelli and the car is under eco mode and not start because i can not ewrite the keys. I have read bsi eeprom 95160 and i extrat pin code LR22 but not work.Attached bsi eeprom dump

Keys don't erase themselves. Could be a weak battery and bsi poured out when trying to start. A common problem. Bsi virgin put ori pin car, then add key and problem solved. Since you have 0 key, the central locking from the remote control will not work. In this ecu it is not easy to make a good immo off for the air conditioning to work. Unless there's no car. And no remote control needed either.

I see you made a mistake here PCF does not need to be pre-coded for this car it is enough that it has ID46

No, try it.. if not work you will need to cut immo wire
