2011 MAN TGS 27.440 dash +Tacho

Need advice getting in this MAN Truck with dash and Siemens VDO Dummy Tacho 1391 mileage correction
What's inside perhaps 24c04 Tacho and 93cs46 in dash would it be only tacho needed to be corrected or both
Should be only tacho to open need to know is it safe to open this or would there be a opened up sensor that could trigger

I didn't do that, first remove the tachograph and see if the km are visible on the board, if not, the km are in the tachograph! the tachograph works through diagnosis, I work with xtool
