K-tag boot pin voltage level?

Hello! do anybody know, what voltage must be at k-tag boot pin?
When I tried reading without ECU on boot pin voltage changing for 0.1 to 0,2v.
I found information that boot pin is (low switched) and thats all..
Not on CNF1, on cnf1 - 5v.

I tested it again - 0 and 5v levels at Boot pin. All ok, I did before something wrong.
