Hi,

Peugeot 3008, 1.6hdi, 2010

The electric windows stopped working, first the passenger's and then the driver's. The fuses from them are ok (F5, F6) and there is voltage on them. I have switch numbers 96650619ZD and 96662297XT. I would like to check them, but I do not know which pins should be shorted to each other in them depending on the position. Maybe there is also a diagram? The driver's switch just short circuits the pins and turns on the motor or does it send signals to some module? Because the wires from it are not thick. On this plug I have only one pin on which there is 12V (backlight and general power?) Where should I start?

Hello to all. Fist do diagnostic to driver door module and passenger door module. What errors do you have, Use diagbox.

VIN: VF30U9HZHAS014346 - Unfortunately I don't have a diagbox, I use autel ds808 but it doesn't connect to the driver's door module and the passenger's module is not on the menu. I think it's just that this module is not available in this car or I just need to use diagbox? I also opened both buttons and checked how the PCB is built and it appears that the power is missing for the window buttons (there is also no backlight of the window buttons but the mirror setting buttons is already illuminated) I made a jumper on the pin where the power should be (gray wire in the plug) and the backlight of the window buttons in the driver as well as the passenger returned but only in the driver the window started working.

conector of 20 pins: 1+ is battery, 8 is - ground , 2 and 9 its can to bsi ( conector 40pins black 40 and 38) and then you have pin 14 that is an autorisation from bsi , maybe you need diagbox to scan door module ita have diagnostic

Fixed, I wanted to remove the door panel to see if the wires were damaged because once the windows worked and once they did not, and in the process I saw that the protective rubber between the door and the cabin was not in place and the wires were damaged. I repaired them and surprisingly everything works now.
