I need help with DigiProg3

The device does not start only with the backlight
This is flash from my device

this is serial line from flash - 14 99 45 c7 f4 d5 cb 19 (I don't know how to convert it to serial)
eprom 24c1024 is empty :/

can anyone help with the repair?

Your serial should be FA7460160000.
In attachment is the zip file for the serial FA7460160000.
