Sometimes I can manage to repair a faulty ECU/dash , but sometimes it has to be replaced and then you need PIN for progamming .
Old VAG :KKL plus VAG Eeepromer , VAG Commander
Old Opel : Carprog clone
As for newer cars , I see many times that is required online acces with subscription .
Are there other options ?
