Ford Fiesta dosnt start 66kw 1.6

i have a problem with ford fiesta...car dosent start. ECU is EDC16C34. i have read that immo off is not the best way. so i want to virgin and adapt to car.


i have forscan. anyone can tell how i adapt the ecu and keys so that this car starts again?
