BMW 7541459 DME Replacement VIRGIN?

Hey Guys,

a friend of mine has a BMW E46 with a BMW 7541459 Bosch 0261208388 ECU MEV9.2 from another vehicle because it's original is burned.
Now only ignition is working but no start and fault code is theft protection.

I normally do Mercedes and don't have any clue about BMW.
I thought it might be as easy as EDC15 copy 24C04, but it's not.

Now i have installed BMW Standard Tools and WinKFP and want to use the comfort modus and search zusb "7541459"(?), but no results. I installed SP-Source for E46.

What do i have to do, to virgin this ECU? I have no xprog or similar. Can it be done with WinKFP?

I hope somebody can help me :)

I have no tools for BDM read. Only OBD Interface and the BMW Standard Tools. No possible solution with these?
