virtual reading question

Hello , when I virtual read a file from a Audi A7 edc17cp44 and write the file , can there be problems with the immobilizer or the checksum? because there tool don't read the real file

In this ECU read by obd is impossible, only write. File VR is with good chks. After write car run.

I have a doubt about Virtual reading.
if the car is tuned and I can't read it, just write VR and need to do something like DTC off do I lose the tuned map or does it erase and write only edited areas?

Cp44 today tested, write virtual on obd by flex, car run ok.

Well :D, previous several was soft-bricked and need recover ... unimportant if I used flex, bflash, autotuner oder kess.
