VW UP All Keys lost

Hi,
have an VW UP from 2018 where i have fault`s in the engine ecu, immobilizer and informations electronic ecu.
Details see attached!
Car does not start and dash show`s "SAVE".
Any idea what i can do?

Bei den neueren Autos haben alle Steuergeräte einen Protect drin du kannst dein tacho nur bei VW online anlernen lassen oder machst es auf anderem Wege offline macht aber nicht jeder. Wenn du einen benötigst der das offline macht schreib mir privat

What is your problem? Simply AKL?
If so reprogram an ID48 with CS12 of cluster and learn it to cluster (or insert it directly in cluster's eeprom).

Hi,

somebody try to relarn keys at the car, but it has not function. Now i get the car to find a solution. Dashobard Display shows "Safe".

Try to relarn keys with AVDI, but get an error - "Failed to read the security bytes, it is not possible to prepare transponder for this car." Have try with both keys, picture attached.

How can i continue? Bench read with bFlash of the engine ecu also attached. If the easiest way is to switch of the immobilzier, its also fine!

The ecu can't help in this case.

You need to open cluster and read the SPI eeprom (95320) and the NEC 70F3524 flash and post it here.
I can then extract immo and show it. Using the 12 CS bytes you need to write it to an ID48 transponder.
I will insert the transponder ID back in the cluster eeprom, and correct it further.

Have read the transponder ID`s from the keys with Xhorse Key Tool Max.
Immo Type: Transponder48
Specific: VW TP23
Key 1 ID: C77ADBC5
Key 2 ID: 21A8636ED

Is it possible to add these keys to the software of the dash manually?

The 2 TPIDs you showed are already inserted in the eeprom, so this is the eeprom read after the key add attempts?
Anyway the cluster was still in key learn mode and key count was 0, so maybe the keys you prepared are wrong (wrong CS) or so.

Attached eeprom in normal mode and key count set to 3, please try and report!
