MEGANE 1.4 16V No AirCon. 1999

Hello,
I need Immo Off for Megane 1.4 16V w/o AC year 1999. It is Kline type.
Sirius 32 S110030018 D
I have tried varius solutions but no luck. The immo light blinks and car does not start.
Dump is R/W by KTAG in Boot mode.

Please no universal files as have tried them without success.
Need immo off on the original dump file.

Help here will be greatly appreciated.
