Yamaha R1 ECU need IMMO OFF flash

When I read the FLASH with Ktag it gives me Checksum Error, If I try to write same flash I saved back to test it gives me Checksum error
Anyone that can help make ECU immo off please
Is Ktag good to read & Write this ECU?
