Fiat 00518525990 BCM Clone help

I need to clone immobiliser on a
Fiat 00518525990 BCM.

I see a soic deviice marked 28000766
Is this the 93C86 that needs cloning?
No need to copy any data from MCU?

If you clone only Eeprom it won't work, Eeprom is crypted with NEC mcu

I have UPA, do you know the PCB pinout to read the NEC MCU please?
Do I need to separate the two PCB's?
