BBC iplayer is now fully available on Humax HD box and Sony Freesat HD TV's

Once you have connected your box via Ethernet to your network you can now access MOST BBC content on the BBC red button

At the bottom of the "text" page is the iplayer option 7001
instead of previously having to enter the "secret" code

Only able to pause and skip in 5 min intervals at the moment,Not sure about rewinding i havn't tried that yet.

Spoke to someone at Freesat today and they confirmed a few rumours:-

BBC Iplayer will be available on Bush/Goodmans/Sagem HD boxes by the end of March this year

ITV will launch a dedicated HD channel with more content in time for the World Cup

ITV Player should launch on Freesat HD by this summer

Still no news that Channel 4 HD will be on Freesat although they are confirmed for Freeview HD

BBC i-Player is now available on BUSH HD
(So should be available on Goodmans & Sagem boxes too)
the picture quality on the standard quality are very good.
I haven't tried the high quality stream yet.
I have a 10mg Virgin broadband connection and it plays without any buffering.
It also allows you to skip forwards and rewind in set intervals.
Not a bad little service for free and allows you to watch on a regular TV instead of a PC screen
