LEXUS NX200 flood

Hello all, need help. . I have 2017 LEXUS NX200 flood damaged. Replaced 1. steering lock module 2. main body 3. ID box 4. Smart key module 5. Cabin wire ( all module used, with same part number) . With Autel IM508 backup eeprom data > generate analog key and open the ignition but add key failed ( OEM unlocked key). I have eeprom from original ID BOX and steering lock and write in used module but same result . I try reset smart box but failed. How to learn keys in this car (there are no immo errors in the car) ?
