Hello, I am trying to clone a 2007 Volvo XC 90 with vvdi prog, M32C chip M30855FWUGP i moved the eeprom over to the donor all numbers are 100% matched. car will not start.

VVDI does not read m32c correctly. show what you read.

i wasn't able to even get it to connected using the pin outs i find online. and there support isn't the best. what tool can do this?

Google Volvo cem cracker, there is a github project you will need to build and with this you can accomplish pin code reading. It's not to many parts ... Goodluck... That will be your cheapest option , schematics and everything needed is in project... Goodluck

I'm not to worried about cheap. I would just add the tool to my collection of other tools flex bitbox pcmflash vvdi prog vvdi 2 ect.. first time getting asked to clone CEM H. Vvdi prog said it could read the chip but that's not the case. I'll look in to the volvo cem cracker. Any place to buy the cheap parts. That you would recommend.
