Dear Friends
I need your help, I currently have a problem with this vehicle whose fault code is P1631 (internal ecu error), P2107 (motorized throttle motor control defect)
In another workshop they have installed another ecu copying the eeprom from the original to the donor and the same DTC follows, as a result of this problem the other workshop has changed several parts such as shutter, spark plugs, injectors, etc.
I think the problem is in the information contained in the eeprom. Is it possible to have a virgin file to install to this vehicle?
I await your suggestions
attached original file read to the ecu

post a picture of the ecu

Eeprom data is corrupted. Just get another similar eeprom file and i can immo off for you.

Try this as virgin file

Brother Credoline, I wrote your virgin file to the ecu and then the engine started fine for about 5 minutes, but then the same problem occurred again
I still thought that the eeprom has corrupt information, I have also noticed after reading the status a sector of the eeprom is write protected, as you can see in the attached image, I am not sure that this protection is normal for these vehicles.
I attach an image of the original and generic scanner, although they say different codes but they mean that the ecu has an internal error.
Now after trying the blank file I think maybe the problem is in the Flash or it's a hardware problem.
I look forward to your suggestions or a complete file for this engine ecu

This is Fiat based car, and after write virgin file car start without coding. Peugeot cars not work like that. It means that ecu rewrite configuration and synchronization data from bsi and car start. This is normal by Fiat cars. I do not know where you have problem. Try to check all live data and find something wrong. If ecu is replaced that exclude hardware problem of ecu.
Disconnect lambda, check lambda wiring.
Some component or wiring must be problem.
If you suspect some component make problem, simple disconnect component.

original scanner:
P0031 front oxygen sensor heating control defect
P1631 ECU defect
P2107 motorized throttle motor control defect
x431 scanner
P3100 (permanent) front oxygen sensor heating control fault. open circuit
P3100 (intermittent) internal computer fault
P0700 (intermittent) motorized throttle motor control fault

P1631 ECU defect and P3100 (intermittent) internal computer fault ignore. Focus on P0031 front oxygen sensor heating control defect, P3100 (permanent) front oxygen sensor heating control fault. open circuit and P0700 (intermittent) motorized throttle motor control fault. You have somewhere wiring problem. Check +12v on lambda sensor heating and +5v on lambda sensor rsistor, same on throttle. Wiring problem, short circuit somewhere.

I agree with credoline on the wiring. but since they opened the ecu it could also be an internal problem. if you change the ecu don't clone it codify in the car.

hi
do you remember how you solved the problem?
I have the same situation two ecu - clone virgin other eeprom - this does not solve the problem.
the errors come back after the engine warms up. P1631 (internal ecu error), P2107 (motorized throttle motor control defect).
