Need pinout to Solder BDM Port on EDC16C39

all on google.................just use brain and search
all bdm pads of bosch are same
i prefer use bdm frame as soldering there
also we don't know what tool do you want to use

use frame and adapter + good tool and don't bother - job done

Improvise... good, but have you pinout of the FLEX BDM port?
And, why you don't use bench here?
