vmax on or off?

hi guys.

i tuned a golf6 diesel recently.
i've send file to a professional tuner for remapping.

but after the tune the customer claims the car max drives 220kmh. he said before tuning it would go faster.

could somone check if the vmax is removed from the tuned file? or maybe there is another issue?

2010 vw golf 6 - 2.0tdi 170HP, ecu edc17c46 bench read.

If you have more speed first , how you can less speed then,the top speed gtd is 222kmh

You have VMAX OFF.
BUT.
After 220km/h may be detachment of hull elements followed by car destruction.
