How update ecu with CUW file

how i can update toyota ecu with CUW file,from where get calibration update wizard software?
can with mini vci?or need other tools?

works with any J2534, but Open Port 2.0 is better for programming

You cAn do it cuw to bin and use file

yes,but now is file on car 360w8000 I need update in to 360w8300, if I just write the bin flash file, everything will be fine and the ecu will be updated in to 360w8300?who needs cuw files then,if all the a simple?
