I received a radio with a corrupted data. I have readed the ceramics but I can't write back the correct data

PROGR.exe only reads data and writes only two bytes of code

I can't find gamma.hpl for Orange 5 anywhere

The 9346_3.bas is also required for Qbasic

Please help with these attachments or advice on how to solve this

It doesn't matter if it's Orange 3 or 5. Will not work if matched with serial number

Yes, this file is not compatible with Orange 5. I adjusted the HPL data and now it works. Reads ant writes good
