Bosch ME 7.4.9 Citroen C4

Hi, I need Eeprom and Flash files for a Bosch ME 7.4.9 ECU. The original flash is corrupt, if it is virgin it would be ideal since I program it with Lexia.
The car is a Citroen C4 1.6 16vThank you so much!!
