Nissan Maxim 3.5 2005 problem

Hi everyone, i need help with a Nissan Maxima 3.5 from 2005. The diagnostic says U1000 fault code, but we checked all grounds, and all is OK. The cooling fan starts runing when we turn the key. The car not starts, i have no idea yet.
Has someone experience with this trouble?
