CAS4 broken dump

Hello, can someon check if dumps are broken.

But when I write them to another cas and it’s a immediately dies, ant can’t be connected through one port.

I've tried to make backup with VVDI Prog for mileage correction. But tried to make it with cas4 clips adapter. Operation end with errors. After that i put module back to the car and it was dead. Take it away and tri make another backup with soldering cabel and I made dflash and pflash backup, but cant unlock it and ID is FFFF. So try to put dflash and pflash on another cas but when write it that cas is not reachable by obd. When restore original flash of second cas it's readable again by obd.
