Hi there im looking for some help with a Audi Q7 4.2tdi 2007

I had to replace the Ecu as the old one was water damaged as usual.
Bought a used ECU and completed a read with Ktag clone on bench (old one damaged so not able to read), removed Immo info from the eeprom and written it back, installed the UCU back into the car and wrote the same info via Kess clone to the slave ECU and the car started but was miss firing really badly (maybe in limp mode). I did a read of the slave first before over writing with Kess.
Should i be able to BDM the slave and then write that to the master and all be good ? Does anyone have a file that i can write to both ECU's via Kess before i rip the slave out ? SW from the slave was 1037387808
