Renault Traffic 2023 SGW Gateway unlock solution

Hello, i have tried to connect with several connectors to my renault Traffic 2023 and with one of the scanners i receive message that my gateway is locked!
Does anyone solved this problem? How?
i have foud a tutorial with a card for launch , did someone test it?
