Koleos DCI 175 need full BDM virgin or Immo OFF

Hi guys,
a friend have problem on a renault koleos dci 175 edc16cp33..
was read BDM with KTAG but 3 files, write have unknow prolem and now car don't start anymore, and KTAG can't identify ECU
writing make an error, and writing of MICRO MPC561/562 is impossibl (grey)..

when read micro mpc561/562 file is now make 78ko in place of 765ko from initial read..

can someone send me a full BDM virgin or immo OFF in one file that we cant' try if it's OK to write ?

or can i try write full bdm of other car with same HW/SW and write originals MPC et EEPROM files after to restore immo after ?
