For read this files im using Autel IM608. you need a valid working key..

Ok, thank you Nacar, but with Autel you can do it via OBD, however not all models are supported. For me, at least, it only managed to do the older models. Is there any tool that can read these MB91Fs by boot?

Yes friend, you must use the Autel or other tool through the OBD2 port, and with a valid key. Turn the ignition on and off 7 times. There is no possibility of reading this CPU locked through boot mode.
