Ford ranger no sound

Hi this radio have típical problem no sound , I try to reset but works sometimes and no sound again , some body to khow the problem in this radio??

For SYNC 2 & SYNC 3. Remove main PCB and check on bottom side. 1.8V on DSP IC is missing due to overheated Q201 mosfet . Remove Q201, clean PCB and refit. 1.8V will be back and tuner work again.
