Why rework? It works like a charm...

is a china clone…many errors and poor quality in each component…

OK, but how does this affect the work of the KT200? Have you found any problems or just find that some elements can be replaced with others? We all want to drive Michelin tires, but most drive Chinese tires, and there's nothing wrong with that.

what a cheap looking board....u can tell by looking at soldering...its hard to trust a clone like that on a expensive ECU. i wonder if foxflash is same quality...

what about firmware for mcu KT200

@ Aladinnu : fw is the same but foxflash have not encryption module then maybe can be read…kt200 and other same tools use encryption module…i tried to read with usb to uart but have no comm

if not a level crp3 you can read mcu

as i wrote, no communication with classic connection uart, maybe foxflash can be readed...kt200 have encryption module...i think not so simple

so you have to find a foxflash to read the firmware

@carmageddon (https://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/member.php/150846-carmageddon) with this rework did your kt200 obd read/write improve? i can read/write ecu's that use k line with obd protocol, but not a single ecu that uses CAN with obd protocol.
On the bench no problem with k line or CAN, read and write perfect.
i dont know if it is an hardware problem or a software problem.
