read delphi dcm 3.7 WAG POLO 1.2 TDI whit pcm flash help

hello guys can you give me a suggestion of how to read this ecu?I connect to the pcm flash desk via pinout it detects it for me but it doesn't let me read it can you help me understand why?

ground pin 1
can h 68
can L 67

maybe the rason why you can´t read it...
because it´s not possibe...
you ever heard about immo...?

you are sure you wotk with pcmflash...:)
