Hi Everyone
I am having permanent DTC00005 (Fuel Pressure Frequency)
Vehicle:Renault Trafic 2015 R9M 1.6DCI EDC17C42
The car starts some times with high smoke and engine shakes (due to extrem hight Rail Pressure up to 1900bars)
after checking almost all mechanical and electrical parts i believe the problem is software related

any one can help please?
FYI,changed HP pump,Rail,Regulator,Feed pump Also checked injectors so far,checked all wiring as per attached diagrams(can be helpful for some people).

looks a difficult thread ....
well ...,if i have Flash and EEPROM data from another car ,how can i get my IMMO data to be transferred to donor dumps?

Hi. I wouldn't say the problem is with the software. How is it with the ecu board. Have you checked the voltage on the regulator? When you turn on the ignition, how much pressure does it see? As for changing the ecu. This losing eeprom car won't start.

INDEED ,
checked regulator voltage 12v with ignition ON,also tried other regulators
the pressure jumps quickly to 1900BAR afte starting! and the PRV in the rail starts reliefing extra pressure to the retune line making the engine shaking and smoking .
If i make a small leak in the system the engine runs smoothly
that is why I assumed the ECU is wrongly commanding the regulator to open too much then desired

Here is another proposition gents:
I have a known good working dump (Flash+EEprom)from another car (DONOR)
can someone retrieve IMMO data from my original dump and put it in donor's dump?
