Ford F150 2018 USA BCM replacement

Hi to all. Have an Ford F150 3.0 Diesel 2018 from USA.
The car is after a little water damage.
Ordered a new BCM and changed it. The old one is totaly death.
I manage to get the ignition after i write 2 keys with obdstar.
After this i configured the BCM AS built with Forscan.
I bought license for FDRS but when i connect to cars it says that only : SYNC module is aviable.
The FORD IDS 129 need NASTF login and Pass.
Can someone please help to make BCM Pats Initialisation(not for Free)

Check gateway module for corrosion and all other areas of communication lines... After verification of circuit integrity once you have communication do parameter reset , there is another function that must be done thats called CEI LOCK PROCEDURE in bcm. AS built data from forscan is fine if pulled from there server by vin number....

CEI LOCK PROCEDURE made, withou any changes!
But can i do PATS initialisation without NASTF user (bypass it) ?

If forscan does not have pat initialization for that model then with IDS...Have you tried with any other scanners... Its not that hard to get nastf vsp as long as you have required paperwork ( not for keycodes only programming)... Many will caution to share login information or remotely login because of the Authy tokens which are tied to personal computer.. Maybe you can find someone with dealer access account to remotely login and do procedure..
