Just found this site, which offers up to date and pretty complete descriptions on OBD/DTC codes.

The specific Ford codes are helpful.
The generic P-codes are a bit ancient. Not all codes from the 2002 spec are listed, let alone the 2007 spec.
All the latest codes (2007 spec) can be found here:

Try P000A, P010A and P2BAC for instance.
