HELP pleas TO start this car

i have this car lost all keys , w209 2004 CLK 270 CDI
i dont know if the ezs is dead or not
i have
2 used keys
Rosfar cas3 9S12 in circuit programmer
nec programmer ,
Abritus72 ,
this is the procedure that i made :
1 i renewed the used key with the NEC programmer
2 dump the ezs ST12 with the 9S12 programmer (in circuit)
3 dump the ESL with Abritus
4 generate the keys with abritus (ezs+ESL)
5 write the new dump in the ezs
6 UNLOCK and verginised the esl ,
7 write generated keys to the key


but the eis do not accept the key
i attached yhe original dump files , and , the generated dump files !
pleas help

1) after you create a key with nec program, you should direct input to the eis, never read it to AK400 for the first time (or read the key)
2) to make a duplicate key, you must create the 8,7,6,5,4,3 and do not make key number 1 and 2 , for key 1and key 2 has been used

if you want to create two keys, you should only open the number key 8 and key 7 in the eis
because if the owner wants to make a key vehicle to the dealer, will not be problematic.
they will open the key to the next
example, key 1 and key 2 are open, they will open the key 3 and so on

are the EIS IS dead , and how to know if the EIS WORK or not
be cose yesterday i have tested to cread a key for the car , and when i put the key in yhe eis the screen of the car showed me a key in the instrument cluster , and i removed the eis befor the end of this procedure , i dont know if i broked the eis yesterday

how do i test the eis ?

i remarked that the EIS have 121626 KM
BUT IN THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER HAVE 121878 KM
I WILL EDIT THE DUMP WITH ROSFAR TO MAKE IT LIKE THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER (121878 KM)
