Hi need mazda cx7 2.2 R2AX adblue reset on ecu eeprom 93c86

I tried adblue off but has adblue level warning in cluster and car is in limp mode. Impossible to make adblue reset. Of course adblue ecu was disconnected. I attach 93c86 ecu eeprom
