Ford focus 2 ecu swap

I have a Ford Focus 2 1.6 tdci 2006 with p1622 error on PCM and car don't start.if I change pcm with another used one I can synchronize it with launch x431 or i have to open dashboard and pcm.I don't have IDS.Thanks

on dash is 6 pin connector ......or buy a fishing rod is best tool for you

show the eeprom reading of the ecu, maybe it can be fixed without the need to read the dash

Kiszka thanks,the car didn't start because the ecu was fault, i changed ecu,sync and now car start but i have esp light on and DTC u2202 .
