Do you want an actual PC
Or is it just for movies & music
What display will you be using
What will you be using for audio

Have you thought about a dedicated media player & server setup
If you dont actually need a PC then this is the route to go down.
I am running an "XTREAMER" HD media player with a 4TB "E-TRAYZ" media server with a 1TB buffalo HD
that would go really well with the rest of your system
Especially the ONKYO
I am seriously considering getting one of these myself

Check out the XTREAMER & E-TRAYZ combo
Far better than a WDTV and i would say for the price a much better buy than the POPCORN HOUR
The codec support is fantastic
I play all my Mkv bluray rips HDTV div-x avi flawlessly
Plus with the E-TRAYZ my PS3's & XBOX running the latest XBMC can access and play most of the files stored on it as well
