Need help getting SKC 2001 Audi A8L

I want to swap instrument clusters, I have a vagcom and don't want to pay the dealer for the swap, I ordered the Vag K+CAN Commander but am still waiting, can I decode it somehow with other software and my vcds cable?

what the best way to do an ecu dump?
Also, want to dump the cluster, Can i do a dump of the cluster without soldering?

Any basic How to link that someone can point me to?

I don't know the SKC on my old or new cluster :(
